What I liked
A really excellent service.
At the main reception and the reception in Radiology, people were kind, efficient and friendly. The nurses and the doctor, too, could not have been more professional, caring, efficient and friendly. And the whole procedure took just a little less than the 2 1/2 hours I was told it would take.
The information I received in advance and during my visit to Airedale was comprehensive and reassuring.
I should like to thank everybody involved. I really felt cared for.
