What I liked
I am a regular attendee at the Neurology Clinic and have always received an excellent level of care and service from all of the staff. Their interpersonal skills and helpfulness is exceptional. They are highly professional, caring and friendly team. They .always take the time to discuss my condition and treatment. They keep my GP fully informed and provide a seamless service.
This unit is an example of the NHS at its best. Would that other NHS units and hospitals could perform to this level.
What could be improved
Nothing that I can think of.
