What I liked

pain management clinic-waiting area filthy, windows are disgusting, patients files in piles on floor with visitors access to them! unused water dispensers,notice boards and fans stowed in a corner of waiting room, blocking access to a door.

What could be improved

all the above!! there is a door in the waiting area that has sticky tape holding it together ,this was the same tape i saw in march 08. private and confidential files should be available to staff only, if i ever thought my file was laying on a reception floor the wrong side of the counter i would be seeking legal advise.

Anything else?

get some proper cleaners and a general handy man to repair minor damage and move unused clutter out of sight. if patients see uncleaned waiting areas ,they are going to be looking for unclean treatment areas are they not?
