What I liked

Very short time between being referred to Foot Care and receiving an appointment.

The physio I am seeing clearly knows what she is doing and has a professional attitude.

What could be improved

It took nearly three months to be seen by Physio after being referred there from Foot Care in the same hospital. I was told the wait would be about a month.

Also, I have yet to receive a call about a follow-up appointment at Foot Care promised by the consultant on my first visit (over 5 months ago) despite my leaving at least two messages with them.

I am sorry that you have had difficulty in getting a follow up appointment with Foot Health. It is possible that this was a result of the changeover to a new computer appointment system. If you write with your details to the Head of Foot Health at Mile End Hospital he will try to resolve the problem
