"So hard to get a perscription"

I have had arthritis now for several years and every time i come to get a prescription its just soo hard. You have to phone and leave a message on an answer machine. And then hope thats its ready a week later... Every time you go to collect guess what no record of a perscriprion. I work full time its not easy for me to get to collect when they dont open nights or weekends. The staff just look at your like your stupid yes we work aswell you know. They refuse to send perscriptions although i know of other hospitals that will do this. So today i went Again and still nothing so now ill have to wait anothet week before i can Try again. (As im only off on a Friday).

I rang the hospital to make a complaint. I was told it would be looked into and i would get a call back. Still awaiting that.

Im absolutely furious at the way the staff are just not bothered ... its really not on that people are going without medication... while i was in the hospital there was a woman who had been told to go in for a injection and the staff had no idea about it. I mean how stupid the poor woman was in agony. They really had no clue...

If anyone knows how i make an offical complaint please let me know as 'they refused' to give that info also.

Terrible service and if i had an alternative i would be using that in a flash.
