I was referred to the walk in centre by NHS 111 and on arrival was impressed by the reception staff who sat me in a semi isolated corridor after I explained that I was on immunosuppressive drugs due to having Crohn's disease. I was slightly less impressed when an hour later they directed a small boy with rip roaring chickenpox to the seat next to me!
The waiting room was extremely hot and the toilets appeared dirty.
