(as the patient),

I attended day surgery at QMH for an orthopaedic procedure under Mr Siddiqui was so nervous and can't thank the staff enough they were so thoughtful and kind and nothing was a bother to them. It's nice having a good laugh with the nursing staff it makes it such a better experience and when the staff are laughing and joking at work especially on a Friday night and not making you feel as if you need to hurry up and leave. Can't thank you enough Helen, Mandy, Ali and Sharon

They say laughter is the best medicine and I am really pleased to hear that your experience was a positive and happy one. It's reassuring to know that the staff were thoughtful and kind to you and that you managed to have a laugh as well. I will share your feedback with the team who I am sure will be encouraged to continue to be caring and happy at work when they hear about your appreciation of the care they gave.
