What I liked
as in all concerns you will never get 100% but during my stay you were nit far off
1 the ward
during my visit i was at hdu and ent 11 south and at all times the nurses and doctors introdced thenselves and readily explained the medication and why it was been given.
full marks charing cross
2 cleaning and catering
while in ward cleaning done everyday. beds changed and the staff undertaking these tasks were all round good eggs.
food was always hot nourishing and well cooked.
i would certainly have no problem going back to charing cross again

more variety of soup
