About: Ladybrook Children's Centre

(as a service user),

We have found that Ladybrook Sure Start Children's Centre is a very welcoming and useful place.

It is very friendly and accommodating to all (im a guy and im made to feel welcome and join in with all the women who attend)

It's very useful and informative and Tracy is always happy to offer advice and support where needed. (anything from weighing our baby to feeding and what to expect)

Tracy does her best to make each session that we visit enjoyable and useful at the same time.

She does various sessions such as weaning and development classes which have really helped us with our son and given us plenty of ideas of things to do and look out for whilst he is developing.

We hope to continue to visit and look forward to the sessions that are being arranged such as speech subjects as our son is just starting to babble.

Thank you for sharing your experience of attending the centre, and the feedback around Tracey. I know she works really hard to put on sessions that the families are wanting so I know that this will be well received.

It's also really good to read that as a man, you feel welcomed and included in the sessions, again this is something that we try hard to do, so any feedback or suggestions around this is welcomed.

It sounds like you and your little one is getting alot out of attending, so I hope that we continue to see you at the sessions. Please feel free to contribute any ideas, as we are always looking at ways in which we can improve our services. We also have a parents forum which also looks at this. Again you are welcome to attend this. Please speak to Tracey is you would like anymore information.
