My spouse had a bad cold for over a week and feared that it was going into her chest. She phoned The Lanark Doctor's surgery and spoke to triage doctor who gave my wife an appointment that morning with one of the nurses. The appointment was such a positive experience with the nurse explain self management advice for the condition as well as prescribing antibiotics. The nurse also carried out some monitoring
