"Worse phlebotomy clinic I have ever set foot in."

Due to a change of hospital, I had to attend the blood testing centre here today (22/2/17). The place seemed nice, waiting room a little busy but what do you expect for 8:30 in the morning. I had to take a ticket and wait for my number to be called and was perplexed when they called five people at once. This was the weirdest experience in my life. I have had many blood tests in the recent years and never once was I treated with no compassion and the lack of privacy was disturbing. That is coming from someone who had blood taken at the Mausdley mental hospital. This was scary and unkind.
