What I liked

The visit to the consultant was very positive. She was pleasant, sympathetic and understanding. We left with a very positive feeling about the visit.

What could be improved

The follow up ultasound scan was far less satisfactory. The technician was much less sympathetic and the layout of the room meant that it was not possible for anyone to give comfort and support to the patient during the procedure.
