What I liked

The doctor i was treated by was very calming and reasuring and listerned to all my concerns; head aches, memory and co-ordination problems after falling on my head.

What could be improved

The waiting times to see someone, when your in pain and confused from a head injury 20 mins seems like an eternity and although to consultantion room was clean, the waiting area was filthy.

The equipment that the doctor had to use was disappointing, her BP machine's Velcro had seem much better days and she ended up taking my BP manually.

Anything else?

I have since been told i should have referred for a brain scan.
