What I liked

My daughter was seen by a doctor as an out patient. I was really impressed by the whole experience. Parking was easy, the environment was clean and spacious, we went in at the exact time of our appointment, the doctor spent time talking to us and examining my daughter. She had an Xray, the staff were friendly and efficient. We returned to the clinic as instructed and her X ray was immediately reviewed. The doctor was professional, friendly and just really really nice. Her X ray was later discussed with a colleague and we got a phone call and a letter explaining the outcome. Having been in many outpatients (Nottingham QMC and City, KMC), I can say that this was definitely the best experience I've ever had.
