About: Stoke Mandeville Hospital / Accident and emergency

The doctor attended to my Mum (80) who had had a shoulder broken during shopping trip. Absolute credit to everything about care. Thorough, and clear in their approach with Mum. Thank you so much.

I am sorry to learn that your dear 80y old mum has attended A&E following a broken shoulder during a shopping trip.

However, it is pleasing to read that you wish to give absolute credit to everything about the care your mum received. It is further encouraging to hear that staff were thorough and clear in their approach with your mum, and she was made to feel special at what would have been a very difficult time for her.

I will ensure your kind words of thanks are passed on to the department for the attention of their staff.
