What I liked

Having received treatment for IVF at the Winterbourne, I can only commend the staff on doing a fantastic job with making the experience as stress free/pain free as possible. It is still too early to confirm if I have a pregnancy but nevertheless I feel compelled to write and thank all concerned in my treatment. I have had IVF once before at a different hospital ununfortunately it was a completely different experience so I am very grateful for the excellant care and excellance of your team. Thank you!!

What could be improved

Clear instruction on appointment locations to save any confusion, as I did visit North Dorset hospital, Poundbury and Winterbourne - I was not local to the area.
