The nursing staff on ward 6S were polite and helpful
What could be improved
The SHO working on the ward on 12.08.08. Very poor communication skills and they lied to avoid having to face telling me the truth. Cowardly behaviour which frightens me as I would rate courage/confidence as an important characteristic in a good doctor.
