What I liked

The hiu staff were very friendly and professional, and put me at ease straight away, even though i was in, alot of pain.I would to add that the surgory needs to buck its ideas up. They sent me back to the h.i.u., because they couldnt fit me in with the practice nurse. This is using up time, that the h.i.u.nurses could be dealing with a more urgent case.Surely this has to stop, and the surgery, has to address their short comings.
