What I liked

It is a nice clean and obviously modern looking hospital.

What could be improved

I have used the minor injuries walk in centre in the hospital three times since it opened, twice for myself and once for my partner. Each time the nurses have been extreamly blunt and on occassion rude. It seems each time although i contact NHS direct by telephone initialy and was advised to go to a walk in centre, i was told by nurses that i should not have used the service there. It seems i cannot do right for doing wrong. Each time i did not deem my injuries enough to go to A&E, but as i find it difficult to get docs appointments within a reasonable time, it seemed the right thing to do. Although the waiting room in usually empty or with just 1-2 people waiting, they still don't seem to have the time to see patients and be helpful or put their minds at ease!!
