What I liked

The hygiene standard of the nurse practitioner who dressed my wound on Saturday 19 July 2008 at approx 15.30 was appalling! He did not wash his hands, put on and kept the same gloves on that he used to remove the soiled dressing from my infected wound to put the fresh dressing on. (On Thursday 17/07/08 I had a biopsy done (Central Middx) on a lump in the right side of my groin. Unfortunately it was infected, so could not be stitched up and had to be left open, hence needing dressing every day).

I should have gone to St Charles on Sun 20/7/08 as well, but am NEVER going back to such a badly run unhygienic place.

What could be improved

Proper hygiene standards.
