I joined the group for six weeks. it was a good group, but I feel it was not at all personal. it didn't help as much as I'd hoped for.

Thanks for sharing your views with us, it is much appreciated, I was pleased to hear you enjoyed aspects of the group, but I am sorry that you felt it lacked the personal touch.

Some of our groups are designed to be less interactive to allow patients to learn new skills or coping strategies. We always try to find ways that make the experience both personal and relevant so your feedback is useful for us.
