As both an outpatient and an inpatient (Urogynaecology Clinic/Samaritan Ward), recently, I personally believe I saw the NHS at its best in St Mary's. The whole was a humbling and positive experience with a successful outcome. I met dedicated, efficient, lovely staff, most showing consummate professionalism and care.St Mary's was my own preferred choice for treatment and it did not disappoint on any level. At my very first Assessment appointment I was confidently told I could be helped and I was. Previously, I have been an outpatient/inpatient in other hospitals so it is possible I am able to make a useful and studied comparison. I hope so.Thank you St Mary's and Happy Birthday NHS.
