What I liked

The hospital generally was friendly and welcomming.

What could be improved

Certain staff members' were rude and i was pretty much left to my own devices regarding locating departments i was sent to. My pain was not managed, i feel that my injury worsened overall post appointment and was seen over 40min late. I then felt as if my appointment was "rushed through" and received no apology for the inconvenience of the delay. For private health care i was disappointed in comparison to other hospitals i have been to. In general i think that these areas could be improved.
