About: Will Adams NHS Treatment Centre

What I liked

I felt like an individual! Not just a patient. The staff were friendly and professional at the same time and put me at my ease. I was very anxious to start with and afterwards I wondered why I'd got so worked up. Even as I walked in the reception staff were smiling, not ignoring me, and the area looked nice and clean. I didn't have to wait long (unlike the Medway) as I was given a time to arrive. I understood there had to be some flexibility on my part but because the reception area is relaxed I didn't mind. The procedure itself was made as bearable as possible (I had a local anaesthetic) and the theatre staff had some very nice distraction techniques. Afterwards I was able to leave after a drink and biscuits but I didn't feel I was being hurried off the treadmill. I would definately recommend this treatment centre to my family and friends if they needed it. Well done all. A special mention to the housekeepers who kept the place spotless and were also friendly. Lots of smiley faces.

What could be improved

Nothing as far as I am concerned though it would be nice if the centre was more well known - I almost felt like I'd found a gem when I walked in. My GP practice recommended the place and I'm grateful to them for that.
