What I liked

The reception my daughter received was exceptionally friendly and helpful, Strictly speaking she should have gone to Southampton for her problem but the nurses and staff (Inc receptionist) who saw her were very good. The Dr. was very helpful and gave us lots of useful information though because her problem was without the limits of a minor injuries unit he could not provide the care he would have wished to do. We are very impressed and very grateful for the care and response we received.
