What I liked

I came to the walk-in Ultrasound clinic yesterday afternoon and I was very impressed from beginning to end of my visit. The Reception staff were extremely kind and helpful.I was informed at my book in of the expected waiting time. The Radiographer was very professional and kind. The surroundings were very clean and tidy.Overall I was pleasantly surprised,given the bad publicity the NHS as a whole receives. Many thanks
