"The kerbs around the hospital ..."

What could be improved

The kerbs around the hospital need dropping eg near pharmacy, the road surface is uneven. Staff can be rude and give patients no indication of how long the outpatient appointment times are running late. I don't know how thorough cleaning occurs, there are dirty notices and posters etc hanging up.

Thank you for your feedback. Your comments about kerb dropping have been fed back to the manager responsible for on site maintenance so this can be explored further. We have an ongoing programme of cleaning within the hospital so it is disappointing to hear that there are dirty notices and posters in waiting areas. This has been fed back to the Unit for investigation. Please accept our apologies if staff were rude to you. This is unacceptable.
