What could be improved

Not wishing to take up staff time by answering the telephone, I have been trying - and failing - to find the visiting hours at Dereham Hospital on-line.

In 2008 one would expect to find this information thus. Even if the times vary ward by ward, at least some indication of the range of visiting hours should be easily accessible which does not seem to be the case.
