What I liked
Why oh why as the ticket system for blood tests,which still operates perfectly well at the QMC been replaced by a phone system,the operators are always busy and when and if they do ring back want to know every last detail of why you want a blood test,it`s all on the blood bag for you when we come for the test.last time the nurse said to the other my first 3 appointment`s have not arrived like your`s,with the ticket system this cannot happen as you`re there for goodness sake.
What could be improved
sack the person that changed the perfectly good system,and re-introduce the old system,and get someone that can take blood without hurting or bruising you which never happens at the QMC or city.
