"Too long waiting for medication after discharge from hospital"

I have recently been tested for Myasthenia at the Northern General Hospital and stayed on L1. The staff were very efficient, very helpful and cheerful.

I was not happy because I had to wait a long time after I was discharged for the tablets to arrive from the pharmacy. I waited over 4 hours for them to come up from the pharmacy, they did not arrive. I went home in disgust and my granddaughter had to make a two and a half hour round trip on the bus the next day to collect them.

Also the weeks and months that you are kept waiting for appointments is not satisfactory.
