What could be improved
having received a recent telephone call from a of staff regarding a change of appointment i found her manner very abrupt and unsympathetic. considering this is the first time i,ve used your hospital i expected to be treated in a more proffessional manner. i do understand that you are a very busy hospital but expect customer care to be foremost in preparation for the time i spent in your care, yours sincerely t. j.
