What could be improved
What is the point of Erewash PCT giving patients al the gubbins that accopanies Choose and Book? When you go through all the hoops to log in you then find that there isn't any choice or oppertunity to book!
I have read another comment that the system had problems which would be fixed in January, it is now the end of May. I am in the unfortunate position of not being able to use the 'phone during the day because of my employers rules (NHS).
