What I liked

Despite the fact that no-one wants to suffer with mental health problems or be hodspitalised, I can say from first hand experience that the overall holistic approch takren by them of anti depressants ( I suuffered with anxiety depression) C.B.T. Yoga , meditation , mutual support and healthy food all made by journey much more bearable and ultimately one that led to recovery. Though not perfect they will help you to get better if you are willing to embrace their help

What could be improved

Some of the timetables could be better and time keeping and therapy locations could be made easier to understand,.
