What could be improved
Confusion about paying bills, they will accept credit/debit cards for hospital services, but not for paying consultant fees they ask for cheques, but do not issue receipts, but ask the consultants to send us one all very time consuming, if you need the receipts/invoices to claim off your insurance etc.
