What could be improved
i have had two treatments at this hospital and am trying to make an appointment for a third. one time it took three days of constent telephone calls in order to make an appointment - which was then cancelled and re-arranged on two seperate occasions (the 2nd occasion is was moved back to the original day and time where it had been originally). i am again trying to make an appointment and can't get through. an improvement would be to have the staff to answer the telephones, and to stop changing appointments once they have been made
