"I felt very confident in the staff ..."

What I liked

I felt very confident in the staff & I was very pleased at the informal way I was greeted, the staff made me feel as though they were my friends & not that I was just a patient.

I thought the way I was introduced to each member of the team was very reassuring. My after care was very good & had me up & about on time.

What could be improved

The menus for each meal was excellant, I should like to see the Breakfast menu list which cereals were on offer & also how many rounds of toast I would like. Tea I think should be serve in a small teapot making it possible to have more than one cup.

Other improvements I cannot think of anything else therefore all other things are good.
