"Thank You & Appreciation - Dr"

I would like to express my thanks to Dr of Ebony Ward & Evergreen Unit.

My father (Mr Ajeet Singh) was admitted to the Ebony ward following a short stay in intensive care unit and attended the Evergreen Unit following discharge.

Dr took the time out to listen to our questions and concerns and they addressed them by clearly explaining in great detail the medical issues and how they related to my father’s condition, which gave us clarity and understanding.

They also fully involved us and kept us informed on my father’s treatment plan.

I strongly believe that this resulted in my father’s recovery.

The holistic approach gave us full confidence in their care whilst an inpatient.

My father and I were equally impressed by their approach to the outpatient appointment, this was followed up by a thorough letter to the GP. Their intervention and dedication has meant that my father has now had all of his issues he was dealing with addressed

Dr is everything that you would want from a Dr when a family member is unwell.

I am extremely thankful and believe he is an asset to his profession and Darent Valley Hospital.
