(as the patient),

I went to the Endoscopy Unit at the Royal Bolton Hospital. I was really looked after, made to feel as an equal, not just a number. They called me by my first name and this made me feel comfortable with everything. I was treated for an ulcer in my oesophagus/stomach.

I would like to thank the whole staff from the reception lady, right through to the ward staff, even the nurse who made me tea and toast.
