What I liked

If you can say that you enjoyed a stay in hospital, then i certainately did, the staff were fantastic and very hard wording the consultant who was dealing with my operation was a lovely gentleman who went to great lenghts to make sure that i understood what was happening, the food was very nice, and the cleaner was doing everything she could to keep the place clean.

Westmorland General Hospital is a marvelous asset to the area and it will be a travisty of justice if we loose it to so called NHS cuts, if they cut any more away there will be nothing left

What could be improved

The only thing that I think could be improved is the fact that everyone seems to be realy overworked due to closures in other areas of the hospital, the ward i was in was trying to do the work of three wards, one that had been closed , and one that was not working due to illness.
