From the moment we arrived on ward 14 children's day ward, we were greeted and shown to my daughters bed straight away and made to feel comfortable and relaxed. We were kept informed at all times, but if there was something you needed to know they were always happy to assist and nothing was too much trouble. I couldn't have asked for better care and attention for my daughter, thank you to each and everyone of you for making what is for any parent a scary, anxious time so much easier.

I am so pleased to read you were kept informed at all times, and that you found staff approachable when you had any questions. I'm sure as a concerned parent, you found this comforting. I appreciate that this was a worrying and anxious time for you and it is lovely that you feel you could not have asked for better care and attention for your daughter. I will be delighted to ensure that your feedback is highlighted to the Orthodontic Team who I'm sure will also be thrilled and ensure that your feedback is communicated to all of their staff who work very hard to provide a positive patient experience.
