Dear Sir/Madam,
On 28th December 2016 I had minor (day) surgery at Torbay Hospital.
I would like to let you know that my experience was extremely positive. I was dealt with with kindness, care and consideration by everyone and at all levels.
I felt as though I was on the receiving end of efficiency, skill, teamwork, professionalism, and 'joined-up ness'.
My praise for the NHS in general and your Hospital and staff in particular is of the highest order.
