What I liked

I am not rating the hospital as few of the sections are relevant to me.

I attend the Phlebotomy clinic and would like somebody to be aware of the great job the receptionist is doing.

A few weeks ago I attended when the weather was poor (Heavy rain and wind) and some staff had been unable to arrive, resulting in an hours wait for all. I was seated close to the reception desk and was able to hear her at work. She could not have been more helpful, cheerful and sympathetic to all. Such was her atitude that I did not hear one grumble from any patient.
