What I liked
I have attended this hospital several times as an out patient and was very impressed. However, on December 17th 2007, my Optician suspected Macular Degeneration. On the 4/1/08 they was more certain and referred me to the Western Eye Hospital via my GP who sent on the referral on the 7th January. I have received no appointment notificaion and have e-mailed St. Mary's Trust 3 times with no response. Telephoning is difficult as I have severe hearing loss. Am I to abandon hope and resign myself to losing my sight??
