"My GP referred me here because ..."

What I liked

My GP referred me here because I was in pain with my hip and he said that this would be the best and the quickest way for me to be treated. He was right. I went to the Centre at Halton and although my first appointment was quite a long time I had been told I would be there for 3 hours so it was not a problem but the best thing was I left with a date to have my hip surgery and that was only 4 weeks later. It could not have been better,. My physiotherapy was arranged for me closer to home so that was good too. When my wife came to see me she was made very welcome and of course she could come at any time of day which was great. I was in a small room with 3 other chaps but I had my own TV and there was a phone that was free too - FIRST CLASS

What could be improved

I don't think that there is anything that can be improved. I was seen within 2 weeks of being referred by my doctor and operated on 4 weeks later. 6 weeks from start to finish in a hospital that is totally MRSA free FANTASTIC
