"The way a hospital should be"

I recently had shoulder surgery at Treliske but due to a shortage of beds l was transferred to St Michael's for recovery. The care l received was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. I was completely pampered and although I was still sore from the surgery when I left the hospital l felt like l had spent a night in a luxury hotel. I genuinely wish other hospitals could be half as good.l think what was really different was that staff morale seemed to be good and happy staff make a happy environment regardless of where that is.
