"very disappointed with the treatment of my 10..."

About: Bristol Royal Hospital For Children

My baby son was taken to our local hospital because of breathing difficulty's. They suspected a floppy larynx but as local hospital doesn't have e.n.t we were sent here. Arrived on a Saturday so told little would be done until Monday. A 2 minute check with a camera was done and we were told everything looks normal so you can go home tomorrow. In the mean time my son is still struggling to breath and I have no answers. I'm miles from home and family, I'm fed up and worried about my baby and nobody is helping me. I was told only one parent would be aloud to stay but the bed opposite has 5 people in it who are contently on phones.
