What I liked

It was suggested that I attend the walk-in centre to have my poisoned thumb attended to. I found that I did not have to wait very long for treatment after being assessed by reception and throughout the three times I attended, including lancing the thumb, I found the staff sympathetic, informative and most helpful.

What could be improved

Advertising the centre more widely.
