About: Crawley Hospital / Cardiology St Richard's Hospital / Cardiology

(as the patient),

I was referred to St Richards for tests- Angiogram.

This highlighted a major problem with my left artery.This required urgent surgery which was carried out at the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton.

After my surgery, on being discharged from Brighton, I attended a Cardiac Rehabilitation Course at Crawley Hospital.

I was admitted on August 16th 2016 and underwent a CABG3 on the following day.

The care and kindness I received was outstanding.

It must have been a worrying time for you after the angiogram and you have clearly been on quite a journey.

In the circumstances it is very kind of you to take the time to post onto this site.
