What I liked

I managed to fracture my foot last March and my doctors surgery was shut. We only live a short way from the hospital we waited for about 45 minutes. But the problem was the x-ray person had gone home they called in the x-ray people in and I was x-rayed plastered within about 1 hr. Managed to get into fracture clinic within a week and sorted.

What could be improved

I did not have any follow up physio my own gp said this was because I had not had any surgery. So I had to pay for a physio privately it cost me nearly £100!
