What I liked

Initial appointment was efficient. Went through documentation rapidly. Initially thought I was to have minor surgery. When the Consultant decided it was to be major surgery, the additional assessment required was carried out in less than 1 hour.

The inpatient experience was equally good. Nursing care was excellent, there was a high level of cleanliness and I was discharged after 3 days following a total knee replacement.
